1.2 The purpose of the website is to provide, free of charge, all those interested in information and announcements by "S.C. Consal Trade S.R.L.". The site is operated and managed by "Consal • Trade".
1.3 At the time when there will be campaigns promoted by "Consal • Trade", interested persons will be asked to consult the related regulations, in the dedicated section.
1.4 Access to this website and its use are permitted only in accordance with the terms and conditions below, as well as with the applicable legal provisions.

3.2 The users of this site are expressly prohibited from using both the site and the services made available through it, for the purpose of uploading, downloading, publishing or transmitting any information whose content is illegal or contrary to good morals and public order ( for example: it is defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, affects the right to privacy of other people, incites violence or racial or ethnic hatred or has an intimidating character).
3.4 "Consal • Trade" reserves the right to modify the content, structure and way of accessing the site depending on the changes that take place regarding the announcements and offers posted on the site and its own internal procedures. Continued use of the site by browsing ads is tantamount to customer acceptance. In case of modification of this document, "Consal • Trade" will not inform the Client about this.

4.1 "Consal • Trade" does not ask its clients through any means of communication (e-mail/telephone/SMS/etc.) information regarding confidential data such as accounts/bank cards or personal passwords.
4.2 The Customer assumes full responsibility for the disclosure of its confidential data to a third party. "Consal • Trade" disclaims any responsibility, in the situation where a Client would be / is harmed in any way by a third party who would claim to be / represent the interests of "Consal • Trade". The customer will inform "Consal • Trade" about such attempts, using the contact data indicated above.

5.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of its contractual obligations, if such failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

6.1 "Consal • Trade" cannot be held responsible in any way to any customer who uses the site or its content, other than within the limits of the articles constituting the "Terms and Conditions".

7.1 This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between "Consal • Trade" and clients will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the headquarters of "Consal • Trade".
7.2 If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.

8.1 The content of the website, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, static images, dynamic images, text and / or multimedia content, are the exclusive property of "Consal • Trade", all rights being reserved to it in this regard directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and/or publication). These elements are protected by the relevant legislation regarding the observance of copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs and models such as patents and utility models.
8.2 Any reproduction or representation, even partial, by any means, without the written, prior and express consent of "Consal • Trade" is prohibited and illegal. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement or an act of unfair competition that engages the civil and criminal liability of its author.
8.3 The implementation of hyperlinks by any page of this site requires the written, prior and express consent of "Consal • Trade". The use of any information on the Site for purposes other than advisory, in particular for public, commercial or humorous purposes, may be subject to legal action.


9.1 We make every effort to ensure that we protect and respect the confidentiality of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), of Law no. 190/2018 on the implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection and good practices in data processing.

9.3 Considering the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 on the online resolution of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) no. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, "Consal • Trade" offers the client the opportunity to opt for the out-of-court settlement of any disputes, by using the European online dispute resolution platform (SOL platform), a digital tool created by The European Commission to facilitate the independent, impartial, transparent, effective, speedy and fair out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from contracts for the provision of online services between a consumer resident in the Union and a trader established in Union.
